Programme 1: English Plus is a 2-week immersive English course in Brighton for children aged from 10 to 16 who are equipped with an A2 elementary English level. It offers 22.5 hours of tuition per week. This summer course offers children not only the opportunity to learn English but also to enjoy challenging and interactive workshops that allow them to explore their interests.

COURSE INFORMATION

 

  • Students will develop their English language skills based on various hobbies and interests 

  • Students will learn specialist subjects from weekly workshops, and join visits to various destinations to explore the city 

  • Apart from English learning, participants will select elective classes from the following 
    • Science & Technology
    • Performing Arts Experience 
    • Entrepreneurship & Leadership
    • Adventure Experience 
    • Media Production Experience
    • Biodiversity & Design 

 

 

PROGRAMME 1 ENGLISH PLUS INCLUDES

 

  • The programme consists of 15 hours of English learning and 7.5 hours of elective classes per week
  • Students will join at least 2 full-day excursions per week during the trip.  All admission fees will be included 
  • All learning materials are included in the programme
  • Students will be given a welcome pack that consists of a reusable water bottle, a backpack, a pen, and a notepad
  • Students will reside on OIC College's Hall of Residence.  All meals including packed lunches for excursions are covered
  • Students will receive a progress report card and a course completion certificate
  • Airport transfer (return) can be arranged at an additional cost
  • Travel insurance will be arranged for all participants
