Programme 6: Mini MBA is a two-week programme specifically designed for senior secondary students aged 15 to 17 who have an English proficiency level of B2 Upper Intermediate or above. This programme, which consists of 20 hours per week, offers a broad view of the business world to students who are interested in business studies, finance, management, economics or accounting at A-Level, IB or undergraduate levels. It covers key business subjects such as an introduction to management, marketing entrepreneurship, accounting and strategy.

During this course, students will examine various digital business opportunities, operational models, and business organisational structures. They will explore how digital evolution affects leadership and business management. Students will be coached to undertake projects, coursework, debates and presentations.

Project research and presentation are integral parts of this course, providing students with opportunity to practice teamwork and professional business presentations.

PROGRAMME 6 - MINI MBA INCLUDES

 

  • Students will participate in 20 hours of subject-specific instruction each week. This will be in the formats of interactive seminars and hands-on workshops, hosted by experienced tutors in various fields. All academic materials will be provided throughout the course 

 

  • Upon course completion, students will receive an academic report and a certificate of attendance 

 

  • Participants will enjoy full-day trips on Wednesdays and Sundays. These trips will include visits to the renowned cathedral city of Canterbury and central London

 

  • The programme includes accommodation at Earlscliffe School in Folkestone, all meals, and a weekly laundry service 

 

  • Participants will join sports, social activities and events 

 

  • Travel insurance will be arranged for all participants
