Enrico was born in Italy - he studied Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and graduated with distinction. During his time at McKinsey, Enrico took INSEAD’s MBA in Fontainebleu, France.

After 10 years at McKinsey, looking for new challenges and driven by his interest in international environments, Enrico moved to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, where he took a position in Mubadala, one of the key players developing the economy of the Emirate. He remained in the UAE for 6 years, working on economic development themes, with a particular focus on technology and support to startups.

Enrico then moved back to Italy, where he is now dividing his time between his two young children and advising startups and SMEs on growth and transformation.

Enrico is passionate about military history and builds models of warships as a hobby. He is also a good skier and tennis player.
